Permanent Supportive Housing Application
Homes with Hope operates 30 units of permanent supportive housing for individuals and families that are chronically homeless with a diagnosed mental illness. Apartments are located in Westport and to a small extent Norwalk. Homes with Hope maintains a central wait list for all locations and apartments are filled as openings are available.
